Precision & flow

Courses designed for those familiar with the original Matwork repertoire.

In these progressive classes, we will flow through the sequences that you know well, giving you a vigorous and full-bodied workout.

You will learn how to use your breathing patterns to improve the flow and range of each exercise, moving more efficiently through more subtle cues and adjustments. Your teacher will give plenty of individual attention in these small classes for up to 6 people, encouraging you to find the best way to move in your own body.

You will develop your flexibility and control to progress into increasingly challenging exercises, demanding a high level of concentration as you work your whole body against gravity.

These classes will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered, confident in your ability to tackle physically demanding activities in your daily life, knowing that you have strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance gained from your regular Pilates practice.
